I couldnt get my head and bifocals at the right angle the other day to read the serial number in a wash machine. I searched the app store and found this Glasses app. The only thing that distinguished it from half a hundred similar apps was the 5 star rating, so I installed it. It may be one of the most useful apps I have on my iPhone! Remember the old days when you had to input a 700 digit number off the back of the CD case to install Windows? If youre ever looking for a really good macro camera, the one built into this app is absolutely fantastic! Well done, Yodel!

Love the slide to zoom and double tap to zoom in and out all the way with just a tap. Nice gesture controls. Added flashlight led is helpful as it being able to take pictures. Which is a nice bonus. Thanks. Im too young for reading glasses.

Fabulous app! Way better than trying to find a magnifier, more light, or using the camera and fumbling around with bad pics. The go to app to read that fine print, that poorly contrasted serial number, and that awkward position under the sink you just can’t see with or without the glasses. A truly enabling app and use of the iPhone camera. :-)

What a simple yet awesome app. Easy and intuitive. And free! Im no longer worried about forgetting my reading glasses.

I like this simple app a lot! Although essentially similar functionality is available by turning on the camera and flashlight and zooming in and out, thats not practical/convenient in say a restaurant to read a menu; too many steps. But this app can turn on, automatically turn flashlight on (or not as you wish - one "bulb" icon at bottom does the trick); you easily zoom in and out; if you want to snap a pic you can too. So with one click - turn the app on- it goes straight to camera view with flash on (if you last set it to have flashlight on), and you right away can zoom in or out- and when done just hit home button or shut phone off - again, just one click- and the flashlight also automatically turns off. To me this is a perfect one trick pony app that does the one thing it is supposed to do, flawlessly and intuitively. What more could you ask?

One of the top three apps of all time. This app is helpful in any number of ways. Everyone Ive told about it to has gotten it. Try it you wont be disappointed.

Works great! Now I will not have to carry reading glasses, which I need to read, but didnt want to have to carry.

Simply perfect. Easy and a lot faster than trying to use the phones camera. No matter what small thing you need to look at you can do it fast and easy with this app. I work on smartphones and this app helps a lot to see tiny connections to check for damage!!

I used to take pictures and then blow them up. This is easier, faster, and allows me to read all the words without taking multiple pictures.

As we age we need tools! For all with vision problem ghis app is great!

This app gives quick effortless access to camera light and magnify functions and has been helpful in several occasions where I needed to read small text in low light. Well done!

Tried every app out there, this is THE best...!!!

This is one of the most useful apps I have found. More than just reading glasses. This turns your camera lens into a macro lens. With a little creativity you can take some award winning close up photos with this app for fun. In our labs we use it to examine and document close ups of various items. Bottom line - this app is great for close ups for both fun and work. An easy five stars.
